Return policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product within three days from the date of receiving the product, and they do not have that right after the three days have passed. 2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained benefit from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before return to ensure its safety. 3- The consumer bears the costs of the return process, including shipping cost (25 riyals), and it is the customer's responsibility to deliver the shipment to the shipping company. 4- In case of defects or delivery errors, the customer will be compensated.
